  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • cup VH Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon VH Soya Sauce

  • 8 cups mixed greens

  • 1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained

  • 1 cup red pepper, finely diced

  • cup red onion, finely diced

  • cup slivered almonds, toasted

  1. In a large bowl whisk together lime juice, chili sauce, vegetable oil and VH® Soya sauce.
